Villa Simon for rent , from the pool terrace and bedroom windows,one looks to the east across the Xanthos Valley to Patara Beach and distant mountains,due south,to Kalkan bay and İslands; and to the the east,the head of the beatiful İslamlar Valley.

1.Bedroom:This bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer and jacuzzi.

Pool area and Outside

Private pool and sunbathing area. 2 sun loungers, 2 sun parasol, 2 pool towels. A shaded outside dining and sitting area for 2 people. A stone and gas BBQ.

The pool is 10m x 4m x 1.55 m

Kitchen

 Located on the ground floor the kitchen is a fully equipped American style kitchen. Including a dishwasher,a wash machine dinner table and chairs for two people, oven, microwave, dinner set for two people, toaster, pans, coffee cups and tea glasses.

Living room

Located on the ground floor. There are two sofas, a plasma TV and air-conditioning. 

Safety Deposit

The safety deposit for Villa  is £100. If there is no damage after your stay you will receive your deposit when you leave. 

Check-in Check-out time 

You can settle into your villa after 15:00pm. The check out time is 10:00am. Any bags that you have can be looked after in our office.
