Akbel is only 2 km away from kalkan.You can reach Kalkan by walking in two minutes.Kalkan old town offers you top rated restorants,bars,shops,selling,original hand made gifts,boutique shops and unique treasures.

1.Bedroom:This bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer       

2.Bedroom:This Bedroom has two single beds, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing

Pool area and Outside

Private pool and sunbathing area.4 sun loungers,2sun parasol,4 pool towels. A shaded outside dining and sitting area for 4 people. A stone and gas BBQ.

The pool is 10m x 5m x 1.50 m

Kitchen

Located on the ground floor the kitchen is a fully equipped American style kitchen. Including a dishwasher, dinner table and chairs for 4 people, oven, microwave, dinner set for 4 people, toaster, pans, coffee cups and tea glasses.

Living room

Located on the ground floor. There are two sofas, a plasma TV and air-conditioning. 

Safety Deposit

The safety deposit for Villa  is £100. If there is no damage after your stay you will receive your deposit when you leave. 

Check-in Check-out time 

You can settle into your villa after 15:00pm. The check out time is 10:00am. Any bags that you have can be looked after in our office.
