Holiday House Villa Alyans is a charming rental villa which has a private pool and jacuzzi room.The Villa is in İslamlar village of Kalkan.The Village is in a fascinating holiday destination for all year and it is only 10 km away from Kalkan.Turkey.Our holiday villa  is located in heart of Üzümlü Valley.You can rent daily or weekly.The area is on Lycian trekking ways.İf you are a trekking lover, you should come and try this experience.

1.Bedroom:This bedroom has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer

Pool area and Outside

Private pool and sunbathing area. 2 sun loungers, 1 sun parasol, 2 pool towels. A shaded outside dining and sitting area for 2 people. A stone and gas BBQ.

Kitchen

Located on the ground floor the kitchen is a fully equipped American style kitchen. Including a dishwasher, dinner table and chairs for 2 people, oven, microwave, dinner set for 2 people, toaster, pans, coffee cups and tea glasses.

Living room

Located on the ground floor. There are two sofas, a plasma TV and air-conditioning. 

Safety Deposit

The safety deposit for Villa is £100. If there is no damage after your stay you will receive your deposit when you leave. 

Check-in Check-out time 

You can settle into your villa after 15:00 pm. The check out time is 10:00 am. Any bags that you have can be looked after in our office.
